This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Beaumont Collective handles the processing and delivery of orders shipped within Canada and the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Canada (CA) and the United States (US).

2. Processing & Shipping Timelines

All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST/GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, including quality control and packaging.

  • Shipping Time: 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the transit time from when the carrier receives your package to when it is delivered to your address.

  • Total Delivery Time: 7-12 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).

3. Shipping Process & Carriers

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares, quality-checks, and packages your items. We partner with reliable carriers, including Canada Post and USPS, to deliver your orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Shipping Costs

To enhance your shopping experience, Beaumont Collective offers free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States.

5. Order Management

  • Address Changes: You may request a shipping address change by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon receipt in accordance with our Return Policy.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. To process your claim, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged items and packaging. After review, we will resolve qualified claims with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
