This website is operated by Beaumont Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”), as identified in our Legal Notice.   • Errors: if a product, price or description contains an error, we may correct it. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you and you may choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.
  • Prices and currency: prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Availability: all products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

  • An order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or unavailability. If we do, you will receive a full refund.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Each code may only be used as intended.

Our products are designed for outdoor and active use. Please use them sensibly and within their intended purpose, and follow any care or use instructions provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of Beaumont Collective, as listed in our Legal Notice. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.
