Thank you for shopping at Beaumont Collective. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (marked as such)

  • Underwear, swimwear and hygiene-related products (for health reasons)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first at info@beaumont-collective.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if item is defective/damaged

  2. We will provide:

    • Return authorization

    • Correct return address

    • Prepaid label (if return is our fault)

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer pays return shipping

  • Faulty/wrong items: We provide prepaid return label

  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable

  • International returns: All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse at customer's expense

4. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect return

  • Method: Refund to original payment method

  • Deductions: No restocking fees for standard returns

  • Bank processing: Additional 2-7 days depending on your bank

5. Special Conditions

Sale Items:

  • Final sale items: Store credit only

  • Major sales events (Black Friday, etc.): All sales final

Defective Items:

  • Report within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of damage/defects

  • We cover return shipping for faulty items

6. Order Cancellations

  • 24-hour window: Free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours: Order cannot be canceled; please return after receipt
